COACHES COMMENTS
"We had a pretty good approach all day today," said Kentucky State University head coach
Rob Henry. "We just ran into a pitcher in game one who commanded multiple pitches for strikes and didn't walk anyone. Hats off to him for a great performance. We got on track early in game two and were able to stretch out that early lead behind some timely hitting in the middle innings. We had five players with at least two hits and that was the key to getting our offense going. Dashawn and Brady both pitched well and gave us a chance to win both games."
