FRANKFORT,KY – The Kentucky State University baseball team will host SIAC opponent Spring Hill College for a doubleheader contest beginning at noon Saturday, April 17th, and a single game Sunday, April 18th at noon at Alumni Field in Frankfort, Kentucky.
The Thorobreds will begin the series with a doubleheader Saturday, April 17th, with the first game scheduled for noon and the second game to follow 30 minutes after its conclusion.
The series will come to a close on Sunday, April 18th, with the first pitch slated for noon, with a celebration of their seniors prior to the first pitch.
A Glance at the Badgers The Spring Hill College Badgers swept their last SIAC opponent, the Tuskegee Tigers, 4-0 and dropped their most recent cost 0-2 to the #24 Columbus State Cougars.
A Look at the Series The Thorobreds won their first game against the Badgers in their last matchup 5-4 (4/06/2019). The Badgers have led the series 13-1 since 2015.
From the Stable After a two-week pause on activities, the Thorobreds are returning to play. The Thorobreds last met the Tuskegee Tigers and dropped the series 1-3 (3/19-20/2021).
