FRANKFORT, Ky.— Kentucky State's Department of Athletics announced today schedule changes for both its baseball and softball teams.
Tomorrow's baseball games against Miami University-Hamilton (OH) have been moved to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. The games, originally scheduled for the first pitch at 12 noon, will still be held at KSU's baseball field (next to Alumni Stadium).
KSU's softball team was scheduled to play a doubleheader tomorrow against Fisk University and travel to Fisk on April 12. The home-away matchup has now been reversed and the Thorobrettes will travel to Fisk on Friday, April 1 for a doubleheader (game times to be announced) and Fisk will come to Frankfort for a doubleheader on April 12 at 1p.m. and 3 p.m.
The Thorobrettes are coming off a four-game series against Tuskegee University, in which they won three of four games to improve to 6-16 overall and 7-7 in the SIAC. Thorobreds Baseball looks for their first win of the season against MUH tomorrow afternoon.
