FRANKFORT, Ky. – In their first meeting since the 2024 SIAC Championship, Kentucky State women's basketball will host Miles on Sunday, January 12, at noon inside the Exum Center. 
 
Sunday will be the 32nd meeting between the two as the Thorobreds lead the series 19-12. The pair last met in the 2024 SIAC Championship on March 10, 2024, where the Golden Bears edged out the Thorobreds 75-72. 
 
The Kentucky State Thorobreds return home after an extended road stretch that left them at 4-9 overall and 3-4 in conference play. Transfer Khalia Bryant has made an early impact, leading the team with an average of 8.3 rebounds and 8.8 points per game.
 
Miles College enters Sunday's matchup with an 8-3 overall record and a 5-2 mark in conference play, coming off a 63-45 victory over Albany State on January 7. Feliah Greer leads the Golden Bears, averaging 10.5 points per game as the team's only player scoring double figures.
