FRANKFORT, Ky. – Kentucky State women's basketball hosts Thomas More on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the William Exum Center.
The Thorobreds (2-3, 1-0 SIAC) enter the game after falling 77-54 at Lee University, with
Aaliyah Hayes leading the team, shooting 75% from the field and scoring 12 points. So far this season the Thorobreds are led by
Naja Fenelon who is averaging 9 points per game. Khaliah Bryant has gotten off to a strong start at her new averaging 8.8 points per game and 7.4 rebounds per game.
On Nov. 20, Fenelon, Aaniyah Jenkins,
Mondrea Williams and
Jeana Weatherspoon were named to the HBCU All-Stars Watch List for the 2025 HBCU All-Star Game to be held on April 6 in San Antonio, Texas during Final Four weekend.
Thomas More (1-4) comes off a 53-48 loss to Trevecca on Nov. 23, where Ryle Turner recorded a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Teammate Morgan Hunt added 11 points.
