FRANKFORT, KY — The Kentucky State University Cheerleading team will begin registration for their four round 2021-22 cheerleading team tryout. 

The tryouts will consist of four rounds, beginning with prospective students making a $25 donation to the Kentucky State cheerleading team and completing the New-Athlete Cheerleading Form. 

Once the round one items are completed, prospective student-athletes will submit a video through Youtube and email the link to Head Coach Timothy Queen. 

Those that make it past the second round will receive an invitation to an in-person tryout. To attend, the in person must provide a negative Covid-19 test upon arrival to the tryout location. 

The final round will consist of a virtual interview with members of the tryout committee. 

After completing all rounds, those that make the 2021-22 cheerleading will find out by close of business on April 18th.
