FRANKFORT, Ky. – Kentucky State Athletics hits the road this week as the Thorobreds open the 2026 cross country season before football travels to Atlanta for its latest matchup.

Kentucky State men's and women's cross country will begin their campaigns Friday, Sept. 11, at the Wilberforce University Open in Wilberforce, Ohio. The meet marks the first of five scheduled competitions for both programs this season.

Kentucky State football returns to action Saturday, Sept. 12, when the Thorobreds face Clark Atlanta at 6 p.m. in Atlanta. Fans can watch the game live on ESPN+.
