BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Kentucky State Softball heads to Birmingham, Alabama March 11-13 as they meet the SIAC East Division for the SIAC Crossover.
 
The crossover will open Tuesday, March 11 the Thorobreds will open their three-game slate to Allen at 10 a.m., followed by Benedict at 3:00 p.m. and close out day to Albany State at 5:30 p.m.
 
In the second day (March 12) of the crossover Kentucky State will face Clark Atlanta beginning at noon followed by Edward Waters slated for 3:00 p.m.
 
On Thursday, March 13 the Thorobreds will play their final two games of the crossover starting with Fort Valley State at 10 a.m. and ending with Savannah State at 3:00 p.m.
 
Early into the season Kentucky State sits at 2-1 league play that puts them second in the west. On the season the Thorobreds are 4-5 with two non-conference wins against Concord and Livingstone.
