LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Kentucky State University softball was recognized among the nation's best academically, earning Easton/National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Top-10 Team honors, while 13 student-athletes were named 2024-25 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes, the NFCA announced Thursday afternoon.
The Thorobreds were the only NCAA Division II program in Kentucky and the only team from the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference to earn Easton/NFCA Top-10 honors, finishing fifth nationally with a 3.766 team GPA.
Thirteen Kentucky State student-athletes were named Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes for earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher:

Tayler Floyd,
Katie Garrett,
LillieAnn Hollom,
Alarryia Jones,
