FRANKFORT, Ky. – Following the Thanksgiving break, Kentucky State women's basketball will host SIAC opponent Spring Hill on Saturday, Nov. 29, at 1 p.m. in the William Exum Center.
Saturday's meeting will be the 21st between the two, with the Thorobreds leading the series 15-5 and most recently winning their last meeting in Frankfort, 70-62, on Feb. 17.
The Badgers are off to a 2-2 start and are 0-1 in SIAC play after a 64-49 loss to Lane on Nov. 25. Spring Hill is led by Madison Dowling, who averages 12.5 points per game, and Libby Geisler, who averages 12 points per game.
Kentucky State will enter Saturday 2-3 overall and 2-2 in SIAC play. The Thorobreds are returning to Frankfort after a 65-57 road loss at Tuskegee on Nov. 25. Kentucky native
Aaliyah Hayes leads the Thorobreds, averaging 10.4 points per game.
Amina Seck has shot over 50 percent from both the field and the free-throw line to average 9.4 points per game while leading Kentucky State with seven rebounds per game.
