Kentucky State Men’s Basketball Announces 2024-2025 Schedule

Frankfort, KY — Kentucky State men's basketball announces its 2024-25 schedule that features 13 home games inside the William Exum Center and a pair of games at the Chris Paul HBCU Challenge in Uncasville, Conn. 

The Thorobreds open their season with a trio of exciting home games beginning with Tiffin on Nov. 13th against Tiffin. Conference play will begin on Nov. 16th to Fort Valley State and be followed with a non-conference matchup against Simmons on Nov. 19th. 

Their lone exhibition of the season will be nearby Northern Kentucky on Nov. 13th.

November will end at home to in-state opponent Thomas More (Nov. 23) and Savannah State (Nov. 30).

In Early December the Thorobreds will a host a pair of league matchups with Edward Waters (Dec. 2) and Albany State (Dec. 7). The remaining games will be played on the road beginning with an Atlanta road trip to Morehouse (Dec. 14) and Clark-Atlanta (Dec. 16).

Next the Thorobreds will head Uncasville, Conn. for the Chris Paul HBCU Challenge that will open to Winston Salem on Dec. 19 that will follow with a game on Dec. 20.

The 2025 slate will begin with three road games at Allen (Jan. 2), Benedict (Jan. 4) and a non-conference contest at University of Charleston (Jan. 6).

Following their road trip in the Carolina's they will return home to host Miles (Jan. 11) and Lane (Jan. 13). Conference play will continue at Spring Hill (Jan. 18) and Tuskegee (Jan. 20), while closing out their January schedule at home to LeMoyne-Owen (Jan. 27).

Mini-Homecoming will take place on Feb.1 at 4 p.m. to Central State.

There regular season with come to end in a slate of conference matchups at LeMoyne-Owen (Feb. 10), returning home hosting Tuskegee (Feb. 11) and Spring Hill (Feb. 17). The final three games of the season will be on the road at Central State (Feb. 22), Lane (Feb. 24) and Miles (Feb. 26).
