FRANKFORT, Ky. – This week in Kentucky State Athletics has begun with a 67-51 women's basketball win and an 80-70 men's basketball win against Spring Hill College on Monday, January 9. 
 
Men's Volleyball 
Men's volleyball will begin their 2023 campaign on the road at Maryville University on Friday, January 13, at 7 p.m. CT in St. Louis, Missouri. 
 
Women's Basketball 
Women's basketball began the week with a 67-51 win against SIAC opponent Spring Hill on Monday night inside the Exum Center. 
 
On Saturday, January 14, the Thorobreds will travel to rival Central State (7-7, SIAC 6-3) for a 1 p.m. tipoff inside the Beacom/Lewis Gym in Wilberforce, Ohio. 
 
Men's Basketball 
Men's basketball began the week with an 80-70 win against SIAC opponent Spring Hill on Monday evening inside the Exum Center. 
 
On Saturday, January 14, the Thorobreds will travel to rival Central State (5-10, SIAC 5-5) for a 3 p.m. tipoff inside the Beacom/Lewis Gym in Wilberforce, Ohio.
