Tuskegee, Ala. – A high scoring fourth quarter sent Kentucky State women's basketball in a single overtime where they would fall 75-66 to league opponent Tuskegee. 
 
How It Happened
A 6-0 run led by 
Laurie Thomas, who scored four points, would allow 
Andrea Wallace to tie the game at 15-15 on a layup to end the first quarter. 
In the second quarter, the lead would change multiple times, with Tuskegee gaining a 32-30 advantage going into halftime. 
Neither team would take control in the third quarter, but Tuskegee would lead the contest 46-43 at the end of the quarter. 
Hilani Cantone gave the Thorobreds a two-point 63-61 lead with 14 seconds left in the fourth quarter. In the final moments, Jutereyia Willis from Tuskegee would tie the game 63-63 to send the game into overtime. 
Tuskegee would control the overtime and win the contest 75-66. 
Thomas led the Thorobreds, 17 points and tallied six rebounds. Cantone would secure a double-double of 13 points and ten rebounds.
