ATLANTA, Ga. – Kentucky State second half rally wasn't enough to defeat Clark Atlanta in 92-79 loss in Atlanta, Georgia on Monday night.
Clark Atlanta finished the night, shooting 73.9 (17-of-23) percent from the free throw line, 47.8% (33-of-69) from the field and 45% (9-of-20) from beyond the arc.
Meanwhile, Kentucky State led the contest shooting 69 (29-of-42) percent from the free throw line and would end the night shooting, 32.8 (21-of-64) percent from the free throw line and 26.7 (8-of-30) percent from the arc.
The Thorobreds bench led both benches with 42 points that was led by
Shamon Mosley who scored 25 points.
Montrell Jacobs tallied 17 points and three steals, while
Kong Kong tallied 11 points and seven rebounds.
