Buckhannon, W.Va – Regular season play will open on the road for a non-conference contest against West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats on Sunday, November 14th at 2 p.m. from the Rockefeller Center in Buckhannon, West Virginia.
The Opponent
Head Coach Brett Vincent is in his first season at West Virginia Wesleyan. During the spring 2021 season, the Bobcats had a 6-11 overall record and made it past the first round defeating West Virginia State 100-84 in the first round of the Mountain East Conference Tournament.

In an exhibition contest with NCAA Division I opponent Western Michigan, Kentucky State would have a strong showing in the second half keeping their opponent scoreless for 5 minutes and 11 seconds in the third quarter. The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference picked the Thorobreds to finish third in the West Division.
