JACKSON, Tenn. – Although Kentucky State men's basketball shot over 46 percent from the floor, strong play from Lane's bench led to an 81-74 loss for the Thorobreds.

Aziel Blackwell made five three pointers to lead Kentucky Sate with 23 points.
Sean Paige shot over 88% (9-of-11) from the field to score 20 points. At the charity strip
Terin Wofford made five of his eight attempts to score 17 points.
Grabbing over 22% of the 45 Kentucky State rebounds,
Gregory Melvin led the Thorobreds with 10 rebounds.
Kentucky State led the contest from the field shooting over 46% from the field on 27 makes.
Lane's bench outscored Kentucky State's reserves 25-6 as the Dragons edged the Thorobreds in the paint 36-34.
