FRANKFORT, Ky. – Kentucky State University Athletics has a packed schedule this week, with Baseball and Softball beginning their 2025 season.
 
Monday, Jan. 27
The week tips off with a basketball doubleheader at the Exum Center. The men's basketball team faces LeMoyne-Owen at 5:30 p.m., followed by the women's team at 7:30 p.m.
 
Friday, Jan. 31
Kentucky State Indoor Track and Field will travel to Ohio to compete in the Cedarville Collegiate Invite. Baseball opens its season on the road against Shorter in Rome, Ga., with the first pitch at 12 p.m. Softball also begins its season in Jefferson City, Tenn., taking on Carson-Newman at 1 p.m. and Concord at 3 p.m.
 
Saturday, Feb. 1
Softball continues its weekend in Jefferson City, Tenn., with a morning matchup against Concord at 10:45 a.m., followed by a second game against Carson-Newman at 3 p.m. Baseball plays a doubleheader at Shorter, with games scheduled for 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. Back in Frankfort, Men's and Women's Basketball will host Central State at the Exum Center. The women play at 2 p.m., and the men follow at 4 p.m.
