FRANKFORT, Ky. - Jai Nunn-Lidell signed a contract Tuesday to play football with the Houston Gamblers, a professional football team affiliated with the United States Football League (USFL). 

In his senior season Nunn-Liddell played nine games for Kentucky State University. The defensive back totaled 16 tackles, seven passes defended, one interception, and one blocked point after attempt. 

His athleticism and impressive play-making ability has generated interest from multiple professional football leagues. Nunn-Liddell participated in the Baltimore Ravens' Rookie Mini Camp as well as the XFL Combine.  

Ultimately, Nunn-Liddell was offered a contract with the Gamblers and will continue to prove himself and his abilities at the professional level.
