FRANKFORT, Ky. – Head Football Coach Felton Huggins Jr. served as the guest speaker at the weekly Kiwanis Club of Frankfort meeting at the Office Pub and Grill in Frankfort, Kentucky and spoke to members about the importance of leading his student-athletes to have good character beyond the playing field.
