  • Two (2) years of probation from May 9, 2023, through May 9, 2025;
  • A financial penalty.
  • Mandated educational program on NCAA legislation to instruct coaches, the faculty athletic representative, all athletic personnel and institutional personnel on recruiting and NCAA certification.
  • An annual compliance report to the office of the Committee on Infractions.
  • Inform prospects in the football program in writing that the program is on probation.
  • Publicize the information on the Kentucky State Athletics website.
  • Vacate 2019 season records and statistics of the student of the team, coach and athlete(s) indicated in the findings.
