Men's basketball travels this weekend to compete against two SIAC opponents, the Spring Hill College Badgers (7-16, 4-13 SIAC) and the Tuskegee Tigers (18-7,13-5 SIAC). 
 
Kentucky State will begin their road trip against the Spring Hill Badgers on Saturday, Feb. 18. The Badgers are currently on a 10-game losing streak with an 82-79 loss versus Tuskegee. 
 
Following Spring Hill the Thorobreds will play Tuskegee on Monday, Feb. 20. The Tigers are on a two game win streak with wins against LeMoyne-Owen and Spring Hill. Tuskegee is led by Devin Booker who is averaging 14.4 points per game and Greg Boydd with 13.3 points per game. 
 
In their last time out the Thorobreds lost against number one ranked in the east, Morehouse College, 71-86. Montrell Jacobs led Kentucky State with 17 points and teammate Jalon Andrews had 13 points and 8 rebounds.
