FRANKFORT, Ky. – In an intense bout with in state opponent Kentucky Wesleyan the Kentucky State Thorobreds fell 25-26 on September 11th in their return to Alumni Stadium.  
 
A crowd gathered on The Hill for Frankfort Day and remembrance of the 20th year anniversary of Sept. 11th KSU honored members of the United States Military, first responders and healthcare workers.

• Kentucky State's defense allowed 1.7 yards per rush and allowed a total of 31 yards.
• Jaylen Myers completed 75% (Comp. 12 Att. 16) of his passes for a total of 152 yards and two touchdowns.
• Jordan Level led the Thorobreds with 43 receiving yards.
• Both DeVon McCoy and Colin Dwenger earned two receiving touchdowns.
• Brett Sylve led his team in all-purpose yards with 39 rushing, five receiving, and 90 kick return yards for a total of 136 yards.
