FRANKFORT, Ky. – Jalon Andrews led the Thorobreds with 17 points in a 82-68 conference win over Savannah State.
How It Happened
The Thorobreds went 16-of-27 from the field in the first half that was led by
Delvonte McCloud who scored ten points. Along with
Jalon Andrews tallying nine points would put Kentucky State ahead 40-27 at the end of the first half.
In the second half Kentucky State would capitalize from the charity stripe shooting 17-of-24 (70.8%) and shoot 63.2% from field.
Montrell Jacobs was the lone Thorobred with double figures of 13 points. Kentucky State would excel 82-68 past Savannah State to secure another conference win.
