Frankfort, Ky.—Another chapter of the Kentucky State University and Central State University rivalry will be written on Saturday evening as men's basketball will travel north to Wilberforce, Ohio for a 8:00 p.m. ET tipoff.

The Thorobreds (6-10, 5-4) currently sits atop the SIAC West Division standings tied with Lane College with the most wins against conference opponents with five. Heading into Saturday night's action, KSU has won the last four contest against SIAC opponents. The Marauder (6-12, 3-6) have lost nine of their last 10 games, with their lone win against the winless Golden Bears of Miles College.

In the 2015-16 season, KSU swept the series with CSU, but in the last ten meetings, the Marauders hold the advantage winning six of the past 10 matchups. Of the six losses to CSU, three of them have come on the road.

During conference play, road games have been welcomed by Thorobreds, going 3-2 away from the Exum Center. Including winning back-to-back contest in Atlanta, Georgia against Morehouse College and Clark-Atlanta in early January.
