Box Score Xenia, Ohio.- Kentucky State University volleyball claimed a third straight victory with a 3-0 sweep of Central State University on Friday night.
The Thorobrettes (18-16, 11-4) continue to be a team to beat in the SIAC with their 11th win in 15 contest against conference opponents. Entering the last week of the regular season, KSU sits firmly in the No. 2 position of the SIAC West Division standings.

Kirtrice Ploucha led the way for the Thorobrettes, notching a team-high 13 kills on 18 total attacks, finishing the evening with a .667 hit efficiency. Senior setter
Anjelique Kyle remained as the Thorobrettes top assist maker with 31 assists on the night. Kyle currently ranks at No. 4 in assists per set with 7.60.
KSU will be back in action on Saturday with a doubleheader against Cedarville University and again with CSU later on in the day. The action will begin at 10 a.m. ET.
