Keith Jones was announced as the head men’s and women’s volleyball coach in July of 2024.
Before joining Kentucky State, he amassed over three years of experience in diverse coaching roles throughout Central Kentucky, primarily with Alpha Performance Volleyball. During this tenure, he successfully guided student-athletes to collegiate programs, including prestigious NCAA Division I institutions such as the University of Kentucky and Delaware State. His efforts also extended to facilitating placements at Georgetown College (Ky.), Berea College, and Morton College, among others.
Jones spent nearly seven years leading club and recreation programs in the Chapel Hill, North Carolina area where he served in head coaching and administrative roles with the Chapel Hill Area Volleyball Club and led the club men’s and women’s team at the University of North Carolina.
He earned a Master's in Education from Texas Tech in 2014, following his Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Washington State University.
