Eli Tibbles serves as assistant football coach at Kentucky State University.

Tibbles helped Kentucky State put together one of the top seasons in school history in 2025. The Thorobreds finished 9-3 overall, went 7-1 in SIAC play and earned the program's first NCAA Division II playoff berth.

Kentucky State won eight straight games to close the regular season, tied the school record for wins and set a program record with seven SIAC victories.
