ALBANY, Ga. – On the road for their final SIAC road series of the season, Kentucky State Baseball was defeated 9-0 in game one and 5-1 in game two during Friday's doubleheader.
 
In game one the Golden Rams scored 9 runs on 13 hits, while the Thorobreds tallied four hits. Albany State's Matt Delay recorded two home runs during the contest leading both teams at the plate and leading the Golden Rams to a 9-0 win.
 
Kentucky State improved their hitting in game two out hitting Albany State 6-4, the Golden Rams opened the first inning with four runs and added another run the third inning before a single into left field from Kendall Garland brought in Brady Wooldridge. The Thorobreds were unable to rally and were defeated 5-1.

The road series will come to an end tomorrow at 11 a.m. in Albany, Georgia.
