MOBILE, Ala. – The Kentucky State baseball team dropped both ends of their doubleheader to the Spring Hill College Badgers on Saturday, March 25, in Mobile, Alabama.
Kentucky State had four runs on the day as the Badger went on to win the first game 4-9 and the second game 0-6.
In the first game
Daniel Moore,
Tre Brown, and
Jace Wilson batted one runner in each.
Collier Higgs tallied a double at the top of the eighth to put
Joseph Esparza in scoring position. The Thorobreds earned nine hits as a team and would fall 9-4.
The Badgers scored four runs in the third inning and tallied six hits to score six runs and win the second game 6-0.
Tre Brown stopped the chance of a Spring Hill no
hitter with a single through the left side at the top of the sixth.

The Thorobreds will complete the series with single game at noon on Sunday, March 26 in Mobile Alabama.
