ATLANTA, Ga. (March 30, 2022) - In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Title IX and Women's History Month, the SIAC is launching the "She Is Not Done Yet" campaign, sponsored by TIAA. This content series highlights four Senior Women's Administrators from the SIAC as they share their journey through collegiate sports, while also addressing the gender retirement pay gap. The name of this initiative stems from the phrase "Not Done Yet", the official slogan of TIAA's Retire Inequality campaign. 

Jacqueline Duvall

Associate Director of Athletics & Senior Woman Administrator

Jackie Gordon Duvall joined the Kentucky State Athletic Department staff as the Associate Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator in January 2020.  She provides oversight in the areas of women's and coed programs, compliance, athletic scholarships, academic liaison, community service, and SAAC.  Jackie is currently on the NCAA DII Track and Field committee, NCAA DII Make It Yours Design Team, and will graduate from the DII Athletic Director Association mentor program in June of this year. 

Duvall previously served as Director of Athletics, Equity, and Extended Learning for Frankfort Independent School District, where she returned to her Alma Mater to provide leadership over Middle and High School Sports and extracurricular activities.  Over the course of her professional career, she coached high school Track & Field, and middle and high school girls' basketball. 

Duvall has achieved two master's degrees in Child and Family Studies and Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University. She earned her bachelor's at the University of Kentucky in Communications and Informational Studies, & Family Studies. During her time at the University of Kentucky, she was a 4-year member of the Track and Field team. She was a 2020 Kentucky Track and Field, Cross Country Coaches Association Hall of Fame Inductee.

Duvall has a passion for making positive changes in her community; she is a Board Member and Youth and Community Program Coordinator for Family Circle Inc., a non-profit organization established in 2011. She is also the founder and head coach of the Frankfort All-Star Track and Field Club, established in 2012.
