CINCINNATI, OH - The Kentucky State University baseball team scored in six of their nine at-bats while pounding out 14 hits to secure the series victory over Cedarville with the 10-3 non-conference win Tuesday at the Reds Youth Academy.

Another long ball, this one by senior
Russell Sims (Harrodsburg, KY), made it 7-0, and then another run crossed the plate on a RBI single by freshman
Dakota Dull (Owensboro, KY).
Cedarville tallied two runs, one unearned, in the fifth and the Yellow Jackets wrapped the scoring with a single run in the eighth.

Brandon Mason (Chattanooga, TN) connected on his first career homer in the eighth.
Junior
