DETROIT, MI - The Kentucky State volleyball dropped a pair of matches Saturday in straight set to conclude play at the 2018 Warrior Invitational, hosted by Wayne State University. The Thorobrettes lost to Tiffin, 25-20, 25-16, 25-20, and then fell to Illinois Springfield, 25-10, 25-22, 25-11.
Kentucky State (1-9 overall) returns to the Exum Center 7 p.m. Wednesday, hosting Centre College.

Senior
Arlandria Greathouse (Crowley, TX) finished with double-figure kills for the second time this season, finishing with 10 kills on 18 attempts and just two errors for a hitting percentage of .444 to lead the KYSU defense.
For the fourth time this season, sophomore setters
Amanda Moore (Caddo Mills, TX) and
Gabriella Gracia (Trullio Alto, Puerto Rico) both had double-figure assists, finishing with 15 and 12 assists, respectively.
Freshman
Alliyah Williams (Sugarland, TX) recorded 16 digs, and sophomore
Robin Poole (Katy, TX) chipped in with 14 digs.

Poole was responsible for 40 percent of the KYSU offensive attack, finishing with eight of the team's 20 kills. She registered her eight attacks on 25 attempts.
Gracia dished out eight assists, while Moore finished with seven helpers. Williams had nine digs as every single player registered at least one dig for the Thorobrettes
